In late July and early August, guest and residents of the city on the Neva will see one of the most unusual and spectacular summer events of natural phenomena, which is called Super moon. And this is no accident: the moon will light up the sky over St. Petersburg with an enormous size, that will come as close to Earth and will be visible everywhere.

Unlike last year, St. Petersburg residents will be able to see this great spectacle from July 28 and 10 August.

Watch the ascension of the Super moon starting from 20:00 for an hour. So do not forget to charge the camera and a few hours to cancel all your things to be able to see this event. :)

The previous Super moon, Russian residents could watch the June 23, 2013 and the next will have to wait more than a year: it is assumed that the increased lunar disk will appear in 2015 on September 28th.
