The Pavlovsk palace is located in Pavlovsk, a small area near St. Petersburg. The palace was built in the 18th-century and is now a large Russian state museum and public park. The palace was constructed as a celebration of the son of Paul I and Maria Feodorovna, the son would become known in history as Alexander I.

The palace features beautifully restored rooms that are identical to those that were before the Second World War. The vast palace has several pieces of art, sculptures, and a vast garden. The garden is perfect during the spring for a walk with friends or loved ones, and the palace is definitely a great place to go for a day trip. The history that surrounds the palace is amazing and should never be forgotten. It is a must place to visit when coming to St. Petersburg.
