Despite the fact that the northern capital is not so Wi-Fi savvy, there is a great list of access points in the open air to get Wi-Fi for free. According to many sources, there is free Wi-Fi in more than 50 public places all around St. Petersburg, as many people believe in St. Petersburg that Wi-Fi should be free for all to use.

Wi-Fi zones are located in the third Elagin Bridge and café "note", and also at the pier next to the 2nd Yelagin Bridge.

On weekdays, admission is free on weekends – Costs 25 rubles for students and 50 rubles for adults.

Opening hours: during the summer season from 06:00 to 00:00, daily, during the winter season - from 06:00 to 23:00 daily.

New Holland (Новая Голландия)

Note, the entrance is closed for half an hour before the end of the working time of the island.

Center for Contemporary Culture Torch (Центр современной культуры Факел  )

Equipped with great Wi-Fi. Feel free to use the Internet on a nice grassy hill outside. The advantage of the Internet will be hired at the Center for Torch badminton, water pistols, hammocks and bicycles.
