The Summer Garden provides free botanical excursions 

Admire the flowers, learn the secrets of the "garden of Peter the Great," the secrets of medicinal herbs and a lot more in the wonderful world of botany. Now this is possible to do for absolutely free. Come to the Summer Garden this summer for free botanical excursions.

Botanical tours will be held in Bosquet "Red Garden", where after it was reconstructed, medicinal and vegetable plants were planted. 

Within the hour tour, which will be lead by worker of the Summer Garden, V.Y. Melnikov, St. Petersburg residents and guests can gain extensive knowledge in the field of botany, learn about medicinal herbs, subtropical plants and can learn the secrets of landscaping of the gardens and beyond. 

Free botanical tours in the Summer Garden will be held every Wednesday and Thursday at 12:00 and 15:00, and on Sundays at 14:00 and at 16:00. 

It should be noted that if the weather is bad, the excursions will be cancelled.
